1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Outpin. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using the Outpin platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by invited team members (Staff).

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Plans and Quotas

Outpin offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro) and one-time Top-Up Packs. Each plan includes a specific number of lead discovery credits.

  • Monthly Quotas: Reset at the end of each billing cycle. Unused monthly leads do not roll over.
  • Top-Up Credits: Do not expire and are consumed after your monthly quota is exhausted.

3.2 Billing

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Invoices are generated automatically through Zoho Books. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize recurring payments if you are on a subscription plan.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures of the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute Outpin's discovery engine as a standalone service.
  • Use automated scripts to "scrape" the Outpin dashboard (please use our official export tools instead).

5. Data Sources and Ethics

  • Public Information: Outpin only identifies and processes information that is already publicly available in global registries, business directories and maps.
  • Respect for Integrity: We do not bypass technical security measures of original data sources. Our discovery engine is designed to respect the digital boundaries and terms of the platforms we interact with.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for high-fidelity data, the information provided is a reflection of public records at the time of discovery.

6. Data Ownership

  • User Data: You own all lead lists, notes and CRM data generated or uploaded within your account.
  • Platform Data: Outpin owns the underlying technology, discovery engine algorithms and user interface.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability:Outpin is provided "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Data Accuracy: We source data from public registries. While we verify information, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all business contact details.
  • Limitation of Liability: Outpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
